The image showcases the intricate cyclopean stonework, a distinctive architectural feature of Incan construction, which is evident in the grand walls and structures that dominate the landscape. Ollantaytambo, dating back to the Inca Empire, was once the royal estate of Emperor Pachacuti, who conquered the region and built the town and ceremonial center around 1450 AD.
