The image showcases the talented Swedish soprano, Jenny Lind, in her role as the courageous heroine Amalia, alongside Luigi Lablache, a distinguished bass who played Count Massimiliano von Moor. The photograph was taken during a production of the opera at Her Majesty's Theatre in London on July 22nd, 1847.
